Initial Visit Service

All new clients begin with a 90-minute Intake Session.

 

$300 flat fee

 

During this time, we will:

  • Listen to what’s been happening and where things feel difficult

  • Review your loved one’s care and current needs

  • Help organize key information

  • Identify clear, manageable next steps

  • Talk through how we can best support you moving forward

 

This is a supportive, judgment-free conversation—whether you feel on top of things or completely overwhelmed.

$200/hour

 

We often support caregivers with:

  • Preparing for important doctor visits

  • Understanding diagnoses or treatment options

  • Figuring out next steps after new information

  • Stepping in during stressful or time-sensitive situations

  • Communicating with providers to clarify care plans and next steps

  • No long-term commitment required

Essential Care Coordination

Light, steady support to help you stay organized.

Includes:

  • Up to 3 hours per month

  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments

  • Are starting to take on a caregiving role

  • Want to stay organized without feeling overwhelmed

  • Just need someone to check in and guide you

 

We help you stay on top of the details so small issues don’t turn into bigger problems.

Comprehensive Care Support (Most Popular)

$1,200/month

Includes:

  • Up to 6 hours per month

  • Coordination between multiple doctors

  • Help preparing for appointments and understanding outcomes

  • Medication list review and organization

  • Monthly updates so you always know what’s going on

  • Faster response when questions or concerns come up

  • Up to 15 hours per month

  • Ongoing coordination and close oversight

  • Support during hospital stays and transitions home

  • Weekly check-ins so you’re not left guessing

  • Quick help when unexpected issues come up

  • Communication and coordination with family members

Starting at $1500

  • Help coordinating admission
